
One of the biggest problem area for women is the inner thigh!
its easy to strengthen the inner thigh by doing a few simple things
one of them is sitting in butterfly position
remember this from gym class?
all you need to do is sit on a flat surface( or a couch while watching your shows!)
bring soles of feet together
bring feet as close to the body as you can
put your hands on your ankles and lean in
hold for about 30 seconds ( you will feel a stretch in your inner thigh)
shake out your legs and do as many times as you want (try doing sets during a commercial break!)
remember dont bounce legs while in butterfly position as it may damage your hips/groin
